BDL provides a complimentary courier pick-up and delivery service for our valued clients throughout Ireland and the UK. This facilitates the transfer of dental impressions and finalized cases to and from our location in Dublin. To schedule a pick-up at your clinic, please fill out this online form.

To ensure the safe transport of your case, ensure each dental impression is safely enclosed in a case box, with BDL's address clearly marked on the exterior. We suggest using a BDL packet to enhance the successful delivery of your case to our facility.

Additional Information:

For pick-up requests made before 9:30am, we aim to collect on the same day. If scheduled after 9:30am, the pick-up will typically occur on the subsequent business day.
We advise scheduling your pick-up at least one business day ahead to prevent potential hold-ups.

Kindly account for adequate processing time before setting your patient's fitting session. The processing period starts from the day we receive your case, not the courier collection date.
